Welcome to Project Life 2013 - Week 41 (October 7-12) Left side. Design C   Title card is from the PL Baby Girl kit with the font Brick by Boring Brick. I can't remember for the life of me where I got the journal card from, but it has Times New Romans as the font.   Yes, that is sushi that Keith got for me. He was picking up sushi for himself and sent me a text asking if I could have some. After some quick researching, as long as it doesn't have the "bad" seafood (tuna, shark, whale), it's good for me and baby and a good way to get extra protein and Omega-3's for the both of us. Welcome to Project Life 2013 - Week 40 Whew, almost caught up! Left side. Design D.   The title card is from Scrumptiously Retro Kitchen Journal Cards with the font Simply Glamorous. The small journal card is from Back to Paper with the font Burst My Bubble and the photo brush is from Arrow Sentiments .   There is a blank spot there for a coffee cup holder from 7-11 that Keith got for me of Pumpkin Spice Latte. So love those right now. Right side of layout. Design C.   The journal card is from an Digital Scrapbooking e-mail that I get (no link available. Sorry) with the font Burst My Bubble.   Fall has really set in around here. Days are getting darker earlier and the leaves are falling off everywhere, which makes for some pretty nice photos.   Come back tomorrow for Week 41!

I've decided to tackle December Dauly again this year. If you've never heard of December Daily, I'd suggest taking a look at Ali Edwards' site and everything she has on December Daily . December Daily is, in basic terms, documenting the month of December as the Christmas Season. There is a lot going on during this busy month and it helps having a daily documentation for it. I'm not saying to fully document everyday like Week in the Life. It's taking one story/moment from the day and writing about that. It can be Christmas stuff like getting a tree and putting up decorations and/or regular everyday stuff like doctor visits and grocery shopping. I'm choosing to go with whatever story sticks out to me that day, whether or not it's Christmas related. And this year will be a good one to document. It's Violet's 3rd Christmas, I'm pregnant and we're planning a week long trip just before Christmas. So it is a good time to document all this. That

Halloween has come and gone again. And even going around the neighbourhood with a 2-year-old, it was good.  Violet went as Tigger with a My Little Pony bag and Princess light-up boots. We joined up with my brother-in-law Brett dresse up as Thor, Madison (my niece) dressed up as Super Girl and Brody (my nephew) as Iron Man and scoured a couple houses.  There wasn't a whole lot of kids out this year, nor was there a whole lot of houses handing out candy. Luckily the 6 houses that we did visit handed out a fair amount of candy. Violet did good until 8:30 and by then she was ready for bed. All in all, it was a good night. Happy Halloween!!
