December Daily 2012 - Day 9

Haha!! Christmas Tree time!

 

Every year we go down to my parent's place (now just my Dad's), and help decorate the tree. It's been like this since I was a little kid. Now that we're all married and have kids of our own, it's turned into a family tradition. And up until this year, my Grandma W would come down and "supervise" us, but with her gone now, this is the first Christmas without her.

 

And we also found out that my Dad's house has just been sold, so this will be the last Christmas there as well. It is for the better though, as there are so many memories of Mom and Dad in that house, that now with them split and soon divorced, it's better this way.

 

So while everyone decorated the tree, I "supervised" as my back was hurting from standing at work all day over the coffee machines. And it looks pretty good.
